ENA’s Strategy to Tackle Gender Issues in Aquaculture
Following the successful launch of the women aquaculture project in Homa Bay County, ENA has stepped up its efforts to ensure that gender issues are proactively addressed through out the life of the project. ENA has identified a consultant in collaboration with Local Implementing Partner (LIPs) to conduct a gender analysis in the fish farming sector and specifically in Homa Bay County and develop a framework for ensuring full inclusion of women in the entire fish value chain.
