Jeniffer is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor’s of Commerce, Accounting & Finance from Strathmore University, Executive Masters of Business Administration from JKUAT and is currently undertaking Masters in public policy and management at Strathmore Business School.
She has over 14 years’ experience in Finance and Accounting. She is currently working for the World Food programme and has previously worked at the International Development Law Organization supporting Somalia, at United Nations Environment Programme- UNEP (supporting Asia, Pacific, Latin America and the Caribbean Regions), at Oxfam GB Regional Centre (Covering Horn – East and Central Africa Countries) and at Rwaken Investments Kenya.
She is currently the President at International Federation of Women Accountants (IFWA), the Chairperson at Association of women accountants Kenya (AWAK). She previously served as a Treasurer and Board member at COVAW (a Kenyan National NGO) and a Board Member to Dominion Generations (DG Invest)- an Organization that owns Uzuri Institute in Thika.
