Elina is qualified with over 20 years experience in financial accounting and management both in the private and public sectors. She has a strong experience in systems development, planning, budgeting and financial reporting. She has strong coaching skills and work ethics. Varied experience in donor financial reporting among the different donors/donor agencies. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) and holds an executive MBA (Moi university) in strategic management. She is the current Treasurer (Nairobi branch) of APDK, a member of AWAK and ICPAK.
